Hector Tarango is a retired Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Resident Agent in Charge who has served also as a U.S. Border Patrol Special Agent, a deputy sheriff in Texas, and was honorably discharged from the US Army after serving in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He conducts complex investigations into fraud, waste and abuse, physical security risk assessments and provides active shooter training.
